LADDC Meeting Schedule
Council meetings are held during the last week of January, April, July, and October each year. Committees meet on Wednesdays and the full Council meets on Thursdays. The dates in 2025 are:
- January 29-30, 2025
- April 30-May 1, 2025
- July 30-31, 2025
- October 29-30, 2025

Attending Council meetings
All Council meetings are open to the public. Anyone can attend our meetings in person, or by using Zoom or YouTube. Please see the Council’s Teleconference/Videoconference Meeting Rules for more information.
Getting support to attend
If you need accommodations to participate in a Council meeting, please contact us at least 3 business days before the meeting. Tell us what you need to participate by emailing [email protected] or calling 225-342-6804 or 800-450-8108.
Submitting comments
Members of the public may send written comments to the Council before a meeting. Comments must be sent by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before the meeting.
Speaking at a meeting
Guests can speak before each vote and during a ‘Public Comment” period at the end of each meeting. The Council Chair may also let guests speak at other times during the meeting. The Chair decides how long guests can speak.
