Help Plan the 2026 Transition to Adulthood Workshops

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council is working with Team Dynamics on a project called Transition to Adulthood.

We need your help to figure out what should be shared during these workshops. Please help by participating in a short survey.

What the survey asks

• What skills, information, and resources people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) need to move into adult life with confidence.
• What has helped, or would help, with things like work, school, independent living, transportation, and self-advocacy.
• The dates and times that work best for you so the workshops can be scheduled when people are able to attend.

Why your answers matter

• Your feedback will help schedule workshops that are easy for people to attend across Louisiana.
• Your input will guide what the workshops teach about transitioning to adulthood.

• The survey is anonymous, which means no one will know your name.
