LaCAN (Louisiana Council’s Advocacy Network) is looking for a part-time Advocacy Team Leader to support the advocacy efforts of the Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council in the Acadiana area.
This position is a great opportunity for a person with a disability or a family member who wants to help improve services and inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Advocacy Team Leader helps bring people together, shares important information, and works with local leaders and lawmakers to create positive change.
Position Highlights
- Part-time (about 25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule
- Pay up to $1,400 per month
- Serves Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, and Vermilion Parishes
- Office based at Families Helping Families of Acadiana
Who Should Apply

- Applicants must live in the Region 4 area
