July 2026 Committee & Council Meetings

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council’s 4th Quarter Committee and Business Meetings will be held July 29–30, 2026 (see the full meeting schedule below). The Council chose to hold two meetings each year virtually. The July quarterly meeting is one of those virtual meetings.

We encourage Council members and the public to join the meeting through Zoom. If you prefer, you are also welcome to attend in person at the Council office:

Meeting documents and Zoom registration links will be posted on the Council’s website as they become available. Step-by-step instructions for joining a Council meeting are included at the end of this announcement.

As always, we will make every effort to livestream the meetings on the Council’s YouTube channel.

You can also send written public comments. Comments received by noon the day before the meeting will be shared with committee members. Click HERE to submit a written public comment.

How to Register on Zoom

Step 1. Go to the Council’s website and open the 2026 Meetings page.

Step 2. Find the meeting you want and click the “Register” button.

Step 3. Type your first name, last name, and email.

Step 4. Click the blue “Register” button.

Step 5. You will see the Zoom link right away, and it will also be sent to your email.
