Input Needed: Help Shape HCBS Waiver Rates in Louisiana

Are you receiving Medicaid home and community-based waiver services (HCBS) in Louisiana? Would you like the chance to share valuable feedback about the rates paid for the services you receive? The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has contracted with Milliman to conduct a rate study on all home and community based waiver services. These waiver services are provided through the Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) and the Office of Aging and Adult Services (OAAS).

Milliman is interested in hearing from individuals who receive waiver services and their family members regarding what should be considered when deciding on recommended rates for waiver services. Waiver participates and their families can share their feedback with Milliman by emailing all suggestions, comments, concerns and questions to [email protected].
