LaDDC News: Location Update – Public Notice of January 2025 Council Meeting

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the January 2025 Council Meeting held on January 29th – 30th 2025, will now take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel Caucus Room, located at 4914 Constitution Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70808.

Meeting documents will be posted on the Council’s website upon receipt, along with the Zoom Meeting Registration links for those wishing to participate virtually. For more information on how to register for Council meetings, please see the step-by-step instructions at the end of this announcement.

As always, all efforts will be made to stream the meeting live on the Council’s YouTube channel. The Council’s Teleconference/Videoconference Protocols for conducting Council meetings includes information on how to submit written public comment. All comments received by noon the day before a meeting will be shared with committee members. Click HERE to submit a written public comment. The ZOOM Q&A feature will only be available as an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation.
