LaDDC News: Public Notice Five-Year Planning Ad Hoc Committee Meeting

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council is working on a new Five-Year Plan, and we want you to be part of it!

A special committee will meet for two days to work on this plan. The meeting will be on:

• Tuesday, August 5th
• Wednesday, August 6th
• From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day
• At the Council’s office: 5615 Corporate Blvd., Suite 500B, Baton Rouge, LA

This plan will help guide the Council’s work from October 2026 to September 2031. The goal is to make life better for people with disabilities and their families.

Join Online if You Can’t Come in Person

You can join the meeting online using Zoom.
Tuesday, August 5th (Register) | Wednesday, August 6th (Register)

Meeting papers will be posted on the Council’s website as soon as they are ready. If you need help signing up, we’ll give you easy, step-by-step instructions at the end of the announcement.

We will also try to stream the meeting live on YouTube so more people can watch.
