LaDDC News: Public Notice of April 2025 Council Meeting

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council’s April Council Meeting will be held April 30 – May 1, 2025. All Council meetings are open to the public, and all citizens are welcome to attend virtually and/or in person. The anchor location will be at the Bluebonnet Library located at 9200 Bluebonnet Blvd. Room #2, in Baton Rouge. Please note the adjusted schedule for Council meetings below due to the change in location.

Meeting documents will be posted on the Council’s website upon receipt, along with the Zoom Meeting Registration links for those wishing to participate virtually. For more information on how to register for Council meetings, please see the step-by-step instructions at the end of this announcement.

As always, all efforts will be made to stream the meeting live on the Council’s YouTube channel. The Council’s Teleconference/Videoconference Protocols for conducting Council meetings includes information on how to submit written public comment. All comments received by noon the day before a meeting will be shared with committee members. Click HERE to submit a written public comment.

Step 2. Click the yellow “REGISTER” button next to the meeting you wish to attend via Zoom.
Step 3. Fill in required fields with your personal information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address).
Step 4. Click the blue “Register” button to submit form.
Step 5. The link to join the meeting will be visible immediately and it will be sent to your email address.
