LaDDC News – REMINDER: Public Input Survey for 5 Year Plan

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council (the Council) is making a new 5-Year Plan to help people with disabilities and their families in Louisiana.

We made a survey to learn what is most important to YOU. The ideas in the survey come from things people told us at public meetings and through Louisiana Council’s Advocacy Network (LaCAN). We heard from people around the state and found topics that need attention.

In this survey, you will:

• Pick three topics that are most important to you.
• Pick up to three issues under each topic.

What you share will go to the Planning Committee. They will use your answers to help write the goals and objectives in the new plan.
