The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council is working with The Arc of Louisiana to offer a free training about services, supports and wellness for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
At the training, you will learn:
- What services and supports are available
- How to get these services
- Why health and wellness are important
- How to make your own wellness plan
