Public Notice of October 2026 Council Meeting

The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council’s 4th Quarter Committee and Business Meetings will be held October 28-29, 2026 (see the full meeting schedule below).

The Council holds two quarterly meetings each year in person. The October quarterly meeting is one of the in-person meetings.

Council members and members of the public may attend in person or virtually.

Meeting Documents and Registration

Meeting documents and registration links will be posted on the Council’s website as they become available. Step-by-step instructions for joining a Council meeting are included at the end of this announcement.

We will also make every effort to livestream the meetings on the Council’s YouTube channel.

Public Comments

You may submit a written public comment. Comments received by noon the day before the meeting will be shared with committee members.

Step 1. Go to the Council’s website and open the 2026 Meetings page.

Step 2. Find the meeting you want and click the “Register” button.

Step 3. Type your first name, last name, and email.

Step 4. Click the blue “Register” button.

Step 5. You will see the Zoom link right away, and it will also be sent to your email.
