The Louisiana Developmental Disabilities Council (Council) wants to hear from you! If you participated in any Council-supported activities during Federal Fiscal Year 2026 (October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026), please take a few minutes to complete our survey.

Each year, the Council must report information about its activities to the federal government. Your feedback helps us meet this requirement, learn what worked well, and find ways to improve future activities.
